About the Game
Star Trek: Bridge Commander is a unique space simulation game that puts you directly in command of a Starfleet vessel. You assume the role of a Starship Captain, making tactical decisions, issuing commands to your bridge crew, and navigating the challenges of deep space.

Direct Command: Unlike many space combat games, you don't directly pilot the ship. Instead, you issue orders to your various bridge officers (Tactical, Helm, Engineering, Science) who then execute them.
Tactical Depth: Engage in realistic Star Trek-style combat, managing shields, weapon power, targeting specific subsystems, and utilizing various tactical maneuvers.
Authentic Starfleet Experience: Immerse yourself in the Star Trek universe, interacting with familiar species, exploring uncharted space, and encountering iconic starships.
Compelling Storyline: Play through an engaging single-player campaign that puts you at the heart of a new galactic mystery, requiring diplomacy, exploration, and combat skills.
Vast Modding Community: Bridge Commander has a strong and active modding community, which has created countless new ships, missions, and gameplay enhancements, significantly extending the life of the game.
